Dotted hole is a place only accessible on Pokemon Leafgreen and Firered. It is located in Ruin valley on Six island and is the place where you get the Sapphire, which when given to Celio enables you to trade Pokemon with the Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald versions. To get inside you must use cut on the metal door with six dots on it.
