Eccentric is an ability introduced in Generation V. Only one Pokémon can have this ability, which exclusively only owned by Ditto

Effect

In battle

As soon as the user comes into battle, it Transforms into its opponent, copying the opponent's stat changes.

Outside of battle

Eccentric has no effect outside of battle.
