Otane
Otane (Japanese: オタネ Otane) is a character of the day in Pokéblock, Stock, and Berry and is Kelly's mother. Her Japanese voice actor is 佐藤智恵 Chie Satō.
Otane owns a Pokéblock shop in Lilycove City. When May and the others passed through the town, Otane showed May how to make her own Pokéblock.
