Proteam Omega

Taurina Omega (Japanese: タウリナーΩ Taurina Omega) is the mecha anime that Diamond is a huge fan of in the Pokémon Adventures manga series and is the reason why he works so hard to prevent Cyrus from accomplishing his goals.

Character

Taurina Omega is a giant robot created from several smaller vehicles known as Tauri-Brain ('タウリブレーン’ ‘’Tauri Brain’’) a helicoptor, Tauri-Liner (‘’’タウリライナー’’’ ‘’Taurin Liner’’) a train, Tauri-Ship (‘’’タウリシシプ’’’ ‘’Tauri Ship’’) a boat, Tauri-Ballon (‘’’タウリバルーン’’’ ‘’Tauri Ballon’’) a hot air balloon, and Tauri-Rescue (‘’’タウリレスキュー’’’ ‘’Tauri Rescue’’) a ambulance.

History

Taurina Omega first appeared in Vs. Bidoof where Diamond can be seen watching it and singing its theme song when he is interrupted by an annoyed Pearl. In Vs. Rotom Diamond and Pearl spot two mysterious figures while going through the Eterna Forest and when they go inside the Old Chateau and are attacked by a Rotom who is hiding in a television, Diamond uses the figures he saw earlier to find the hidden Rotom as the mysterious figures he saw were the villains from an episode of Taurina Omega.
