Rosso
Rosso is a Cipher Peon who appears in Pokémon Colosseum. He is first encountered at the Mayor's House in Phenac City along with Bluno, Verde, Miror B., Folly and Trudly. Leaving Wes to Folly and Trudly, Miror B. departs for Pyrite Town. Upon beating Folly and Trudly, Wes exits the Mayor's House to find the three Peons blocking the exits to the city. Bluno occupies the spot in front the city's main, southern entrance. Wes must choose one of the three Peons to battle. The other two run away and dissapear for quite some time.
If Wes chooses to fight Rosso in Phenac City, he will appear for a rematch in Realgam Tower disguised as a receptionist behind the desk in the tower's casino. After he is beaten by Wes he vanishes and is not seen again. In this case, he will be known as a Mystery Troop during the first battle rather than a Cipher Peon.
Should Wes choose to fight Verde in Phenac then Rosso will not show up until after beating the game in Snagem Hideout.
Should Wes choose to fight Bluno in Phenac then Rosso will not show up until after beating the game in the Shadow Pokémon Laboratory.
