Hey, is the Manaphy Egg from Pokemon Ranger: Guardian Signs able to be sent to Black and White?

---Emperor Jalorda

Hey, I've noticed that Manaphy is shown on the page as being in two breeding groups (Water 1 and Fairy). I was under the impression it could only breed with Ditto. Should it be changed?

I suppose that is a mere technicality. After all, can ungendered Pokémon breed with anything but a Ditto? - 振霖T 22:29, 10 October 2006 (UTC)

According to my "Official Pokémon full Pokédex" guide from Prima, Manaphy's egg group is, indeed, Water 1 and Fairy. Plus, I think the official nintendo power guide ALSO confirmed it as such.

Manaphy Giveway

When we they reveal a list of participating Toys R Us that ar giving away Manaphy? Theryguy512 19:29, 22 September 2007 (UTC)

I think there's too many of them to feasibly do that. You just have to go to the nearest and see if they're participating. --DarkfireTaimatsu 19:35, 22 September 2007 (UTC)

Manaphy Weight

According to the Pokémon Manaphy website (which can be loctaed in the 'Game Info' section on this website: http://www.pokemon.com/manaphy/main.html ) Manaphy wieghs 3 pounds, not 3.1 --File:Spr 3e 115.gifTheryguy512File:Spr 3e 202.gifFile:Spr 3e 327.gif 20:02, 25 September 2007 (UTC)

It's 3.1 in game. TTEchidna 01:12, 26 September 2007 (UTC)

Batonnage availability

How should we mention that Manaphy, Darkrai, and Riolu can be transferred to Diamond and Pearl from Pokémon Ranger Batonnage? We can't add entries to their "game locations" tables, since those are templates. And I do think we should include it, since we include Manaphy's availability in Ranger, which is similar, in its table. --Martonimos((Talk)) 01:10, 24 April 2008 (UTC)

They did mention the Manaphy Egg being in Batonnage, but they didn't exactly say where was it found in the game. BlueJirachi 22:50, 4 June 2008 (UTC)

If it has no other in-game location, transfer from Ranger/Batonnage is fine, but Darkrai and Riolu can be found through in-game means... TTEchidna 00:02, 5 June 2008 (UTC)

But will it be compatible with Platinum--KukiTalk 00:04, 5 June 2008 (UTC)

If Manaphy's not found in Platinum, it's likely going to be compatible. But that's being too hasty. We'll have to wait until it is officially announced whether it's compatible or not. BlueJirachi 00:27, 5 June 2008 (UTC)

Well, the American Colosseum bonus disc isn't compatible with Emerald, and Emerald uses the same regional Pokédex the other games in its generation set in the same country use, so odds are transfers may not work for Platnium (or whatever they'll end up renaming it to)...--Shiningpikablu252 01:47, 5 June 2008 (UTC)

You may be right. (They're planning on renaming Platinum?) BlueJirachi 01:54, 5 June 2008 (UTC)

Under Evoloution, it says does not evolve. I believe it has a certain child... SD13 Simpsondude13>SD13 Talk 20:14, 26 December 2008 (UTC)

A breeding arrow would be more suitable. But idk how to implement that. — THE TROM — 22:19, 26 December 2008 (UTC)
I made one. There were however LOTS of variables that I didn't know what to set to so it might take some tinkering. (Maybe inform an admin of its existance). Template:evobox/1baby/noevolve--MisterE13 22:34, 27 December 2008 (UTC)
...well, you could look at how they're set to determine what they are... but bleh. TTEchidna 03:19, 29 December 2008 (UTC)

Unclear

I don't quite understand at the the beginning stating that it has "the unprecedented ability to breed." ALL Pokemon can breed, so what does this mean?

It and Phione (whose status is debated anyways) are the only legendary Pokémon who can breed.--MisterE13 13:04, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

Last Water Type Pokemon in the Pokedex..

Can we put "Excluding Arceus?" --♪ Jason Tong ♪ 09:04, 12 February 2010 (UTC)

No. Arceus is naturally a normal type.--ForceFire 09:28, 12 February 2010 (UTC)
