Hi, welcome to Bulbapedia.
When linking to a Pokémon species (such as Regigigas), use the {{p}} link template as so: {{p|Regigigas}}. This is to prevent people from arriving at those disambiguation pages, no matter how unlikely it is that someone will ever own a Regigigas outside of the games. For example, see Pikachu (with square brackets). Not good. Pikachu (as {{p|Pikachu}}, instead of [[Pikachu]], is the way to link it.
