By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:

  • Be nice to everyone. It's in the code of conduct.
  • Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they're perfect the first time around.
  • Use wikicode and link templates when adding content to a page.
  • Use proper grammar and spelling, and read the manual of style.
  • You can't create a userpage until you've added to the encyclopedia. It's a privilege. See the userspace policy.
  • Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
  • If you have a question about something, be proactive. Ask for help. The staff won't bite.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
  • For more handy links, see the welcome portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

The Preview Button

Instead of editing a page several times in a row, try using the preview button to make sure your edit looks the way you want it to. It's right next to the Save Changes button... Please try it out, so as not to clog up the Recent Changes. Thanks! ----rockersk08 21:15, 21 April 2011 (UTC)

Sorry about that. I made several edits to the page and I was looking as to how it would look. I shall use it more often from now on. -- ZeroManArmy 05:03, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
Please reply on your user talk page if I start the comment, to avoid splitting the conversation, per the Talk Page policy. Also, you are not allowed to remove or modify your talk page comments once they are placed. Finally, note that you should contact staff members about issues from the bottom up, especially for minor issues. The minor text on the Userspace policy could have easily been addressed by other staff. --rockersk08 05:19, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
I'm sorry about that. I'm new to this whole Wiki thing. To add a new comment to this chat I have to edit it, correct? Again, I'm sorry for noob editing. -- ZeroManArmy 05:25, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
Anything that is already placed should not be modified. New comments can be started below it by indenting with colons. If you need to start a new discussion, write a new header on the bottom of the subject talk page. All is covered on the Talk page policy. It takes time to learn, and everyone starts off as a beginner at one point, including myself. Take time to view all the various policies. --rockersk08 05:30, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
