Arley (Japanese: アックス Axe) is a character in Pokémon Ranger: Guardian Signs. He is a strong, silent man who lives in Cocona Village, where he works as a lumberjack. He used to be a professional wrestler in the past. He is first met in Rasp Cavern. In the past, Arley was known as "Arley the Destroyer", but now he is the second leader of the Societea, an organisation in league with the Pokémon Pinchers. Arley is first seen in Rasp Cavern, standing not to let anyone get in danger, while the Pinchers steal the Ranger Sign on the tablet. Arley is next seen in the Aqua Resort with the Societea (not yet known) having "tea". Kasa, Hocus, and Edward are among the other members to be seen. Arley is last seen in the Sky Fortress with the Steelheads. He sends out a Regigigas to battle and after you can ask Nema to rechrge the Styler or continue with Rand and Leanne to defeat the othe members of the Societea. He is mentioned floating on a log, with Kasa, and Hocus. His fate is unknown.
