Seriously?

Come on, there's no way the team would have the almost the exact same title for two episodes of the anime. And besides, the translation on the infobox is the same as DP156! "Gible! And Dragon Meteor Shower!" is what you've got there. Something's screwy. --Oz 08:56, 24 November 2009 (UTC)

Um about the infobox, since it hasn't been edited in a long time, I don't know what you're talking about since it says "Fukamaru! Get it!" but as for having the same title as DP145... The scan shown, states this episode airs alongside Naruto. DP145 aired as a special, so the scan is not old. And TV Tokyo doesn't air reruns on Thursday, so it is a new episode. Besides did you forget the Japanese episode title when Phanpy hatched "Egg..Hatch" the Japanese aren't really creative in their title. Seeing as how every contest has basically the same title. And while it wouldn't happen, it would be funny if DP145 and DP157 had the same titles in the dub, only maybe make it slightly different like it is in this case with the punctuation. --Dman dustin 10:00, 24 November 2009 (UTC)
In case someone asks about the scan. Again I'm sorry the pic is showing, I really don't know how to fix that. --Dman dustin 10:03, 24 November 2009 (UTC)
How's that? And about the thing, I saw it but didn't know about the Naruto special. It just struck me as odd. Oh well. --Oz 10:05, 24 November 2009 (UTC)
I think what Oz was talking about is that the Japanese kana for the title in the info box are wrong - while the English says 'Fukamaru! Get it!!', the Japanese title says 'Fukamaru and Dragon Meteor Shower'. --Mattachu 13:22, 24 November 2009 (UTC)
Don't worry, we know. The page's been protected until airdate, so we can't fix it until after 24/12 anyways. --Oz 13:29, 24 November 2009 (UTC)

Is it Confirmed?

Is it? I felt a little iffy in creating the Page and 2 episodes just 12 episodes apart with the nearly same titles strikes me as odd. User:BAC510 20:17, 24 November 2009 (UTC)

It's not at odd. The Japanese are not always the most unique when making titles. --HoennMaster 20:28, 24 November 2009 (UTC)

Summary?

Is there a summary for this episode yet? Should be added if there is. Missingno. Master wants YOU! Join the Order of the Glitch! (my talk page) 12:54, 7 December 2009 (UTC)

Japanese Title?

i was just mucking around on google translator and i put this and dp145 title and it says "Marcello's fin! Let's Get It! !" for dp157. i know that it's looks dodgey but would "Let's Get It!!" could be another although not correct to my knowledge, translation instead of "got it?" sorry if this is completely wrong but just a question. 4Kids?

During the credits of Gotta Get a Gible airing on cartoon Network, I saw the old 4Kids Entertainment logo at the end and wondered why they showed that. Or maybe it's a prelude to what may happen during the new upcoming episodes. - unsigned comment from Shapps07 (talkcontribs)

It doesn't mean anything. It's been happening every so often for a while now. --HoennMaster 15:10, 16 May 2010 (UTC)
Actually, it's been happening for just about the entire Galactic Battles arc to date. It's due to a flaw in Cartoon Network's automated system, as is detailed here. Only actual Cartoon Network televised airings are affected; Cartoon Network Video does not reformat the credits, thus no 4Kids logo appears at the end there. (On a side note, Cartoon Network's automated system does not run by episode, hence only the regular VAs are listed in the Cartoon Network automated credits. We have to wait until an episode appears on Cartoon Network Video, usually the following Monday, to find out the entire cast list for an episode; one can skip to the credits quickly by clicking to the right of the last line in the time bar, since the last chapter of an upload consists of only the credits.) --Shiningpikablu252 21:05, 16 May 2010 (UTC)

Thank you both for telling me this. I was confused at the moment when I saw it but now I understand the situation.--Shapps07 00:18, 17 May 2010 (UTC)

Error=Error?

It states info about Hydro Cannon from the games but has anyone stopped to realize that its always different in the anime? When Hyper Beam was first used in the anime they never had the recharge. And even now they still have Pokemon use Hyper beam then directly use another. In the anime they don't follow the rules of the games. If they did the Pokemon would stand still and just do the attacks and occasionally dodge. Also they wouldn't evolve during battle, would never be able to do combo attacks, contests would be way different etc etc. The games are based on the MANGA not the ANIME so of course its going to be different. So I don't think the error needs to be on this page since its clearly not worth mentioning unless you go into detail about how the anime is different from the games--Lycos Ex Mortis 09:34, 4 June 2010 (UTC)

Ninja

Might sound stupid, but does the Team Rocket mech used during this episode look like a ninja Blastoise? Does this not remind people of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles? 150px-TR_mecha_DP157.png 011284mm 08:34, 31 December 2010 (UTC)
