This card was released as a promotional card. In Japan, it was awarded to the top 4 senior champions of the Spring Battle Road in 2002. The card was never released in English.
Trivia
- This card features the photographs of the winners, similar to how the individual winners of the 2001 Spring Battle Road had their photos on the top 3 trophy cards. These cards are the only known officially printed cards to feature this.
- The exact number of this card in existence is unknown, though it is likely to assume there are four copies, one for each of the winners.
