I noticed that you mentioned that your old account "does not work anymore". What exactly did you mean by this? Did you forget the password? If so, there is an option to resend the password to the email you registered. Okay, is the issue that you had selected the skin "Erika's Garden" on your old account, and now when you try and use it, you see this? If so, log into your old account, then paste the following link into the URL bar: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/w/index.php?title=Special:Preferences&useskin=monobook (Copy it first, because you won't be able to see it after you log in).
