Tobias is a character from The Power of One. He is an elder of the natives of Shamouti Island.
History
[[ Tobias is the one who informs Ash Ketchum and his friends of the ancient prophesy regarding the Legendary Birds and the gardian of the seas, Lugia. Like Carol and Melody (movie), he doesn't take the island tradition that seriously. He whispers to Ash: "It's just for the tourists!"
