Lugia (The Power Of One)

A Lugia played a major role in the second Pokémon movie, Power of One.

Lawrence III set up a big plan to capture Lugia, he set out to capture and enrage the legendary birds so that Lugia would come to calm them down, then he would catch Lugia for his "collection". Lugia eventually came out of the water to try and calm the bird trio, Lawrence III was never able to get Lugia, but injured it trying to. Lugia, with the help of Ash was eventually able to stop Lawrence and calm the birds before they permanently upset the balance of power caused somehow by Lawrence III.
