Mewtwo (Japanese: ミュウツー Mewtwo, German: Mewtu, French: Mewtwo, Korean: 뮤츠 Myucheu) is a Psychic-type Pokémon. It is one of the more famous Legendary Pokémon, being the subject of two Pokémon Movies. You can capture it in Pokémon Red, Pokémon Green, Pokémon Blue, Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen after defeating the Elite Four. It is found in the Unknown Dungeon at Level 70.
Mewtwo's Ability is Pressure, which causes the opponent to use two PP instead of one each time it uses a move.
Mewtwo does not evolve from or into any other Pokémon.
Name origin
Mewtwo's name is a combination of "Mew" refering to the creature who it was born from, and "two" - indicating that its a clone.
It is very cat-like, and it's nature and origin are similar to the events of Mary Shelly's "Frankenstien" - an artificial lifeform that turned on its creators.
