You only have to see the entire you Unova Dex to obtain the License which allows you to access the Nature Sanctuary. However you have to catch every Pokémon in the Unova Dex to obtain the Round Charm. Lady Ariel (talk) 15:20, 2 July 2012 (UTC)

Is it possible to obtain it with only one game, without trading and such? I am post-game and I well, at the current moment some of the missing Pokémon aren't looking good (first and final stage of the starter that is weak to your starter; Vullaby, Escavalier, Buneary, Magmortar, Electivire - Vullaby and Buneary aren't in White 2, neither is Magby [which you need to get Magmortar]. Escavalier and Electivire need trade, and the starter stages... I have no idea how to see them without trade.). Oh, and 249 seen Pokémon currently. Why asking?
