This is a list of Pokémon Conquest stories. In Pokémon Conquest, players take part in stories (Japanese: エピソード episodes), with players starting out with the story The Legend of Ransei. After finishing it, eight stories are unlocked. Other stories, for a total of 34, are unlocked by various means. Additional stories and events, known collectively as downloadable stories (Japanese: 配信エピソード downloadable episodes) are also unlocked through Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection.

In between stories, only recorded Warlord transformations, recorded Pokémon evolutions, links with recorded Pokémon, Pokémon Ability changes, traveling merchant items, and Warlord-specific items are retained. Link percentages, gold, and many others are not.
