Warrior Skills (Japanese:??? ???) are skills utilized by Warriors in Pokémon Conquest. They can only be used once per battle and can be activated during a Pokémon's movement phase, even if a Pokémon cannot move due to the likes of paralyzation and sleep during the turn.

Bustle ' Increases Range of Warrior's Pokémon and adjacent allies. Ginchiyo (Rank I), Kenshin, Masamune, Norishige, Sandayū, Masatoshi, Morikiyo, Shigezane
Convalesce ' Slowly restores HP of Warrior's Pokémon and adjacent allies (for 3 turns). Kunoichi, Ekei
Courage ' Significantly increases Range and Attack Hero/Heroine (Rank II)
Crack Shot ' All moves are guaranteed to hit Magoichi, Nobuchika, Chiyome, Danzō
Deep Breath ' Restores HP. Cannot move for 3 turns Yoshimoto, Tadasumi, Nobufusa
Desire ' Nobunaga (Rank I)
Detox ' Cures any allied Pokémon who are poisoned or paralyzed Rikyū, Saizō
Eagle Eye ' Improves accuracy (for 3 turns). Takeyoshi, Morichika, Yazaemon, Kashinkoji, Munezane, Ise
Empathy ' Restores HP of Warrior's Pokémon and adjacent allies. Ranmaru
Fortify ' Raises Defense (for 3 turns). Hideaki, Takayori, Tadamoto, Gō, Akizane
Grand Dream ' Two treasure boxes will appear upon defeating an enemy. Increases Energy (for 3 turns). Hideyoshi (Rank II)
Greed ' Two treasure boxes will appear upon defeating an enemy. Ujihiro, Ujinao
High Jump ' Enables Warrior's Pokémon to climb high places. Hisaaki, Tsunenaga
Impact ' Makes enemies flinch (for 3 turns). Takahisa, Yatarō
Marksman ' Improves accuracy and increases chances of critical hits (for 3 turns). Muneshige, Hanzō, Kagekatsu, Tsunashige
Mighty Blow ' Significantly raises Attack. Yoshihiro, Motoharu, Yasutomo, Katsuyori, Koroku
Motivate ' Hero/Heroine (Rank III)
Quick Strike ' Increases Range and makes enemies flinch. Hideyoshi (Rank I), Kotarō, Kai, Naoie, Hisahide, Sessai, Sōun
