Medicham first appeared during the Fallarbor Town Contest under the ownership of Grace during Pros and Con Artists and Come What May.
Arena Tycoon Greta battled against Ash with a Medicham in Wheel of Frontier. The Meditation Pokémon was literally crushed by Ash's Snorlax.
Medicham and its pre-evolution were owned by a family of travelling circus performers in Pokémon Ranger and the Prince of the Sea: Manaphy. The two Meditation Pokémon used Psychic to make balls of water retain their form.
A Medicham was a member of Team Meanies in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Team Go-Getters out of the Gate!.
