スパート! (English: Spurt!) was the fifth and final opening theme song for the Japanese Advanced Generation Pokémon anime series. It debuted in AG166, replacing Battle Frontier. It is somewhat famous for sparking large amounts of fan speculation, as it shows several of Ash's old Pokémon.
It was also used as the Pokémon Sunday ending from PS074 onwards.
