(Japanese: バージル Virgil) is a recurring character who debuted in BW102. He is a rival of Ash during the Unova League.

History

Virgil is a rescue worker who owns all of the Eeveelutions. He is doing so with the help of Jeff and Davey who are members of his family. Virgil is planning on entering the Unova League.

Eevee is Virgil's main partner who is usually seen outside of its Poké Ball. As the leader of the Eeveelutions, it would serve as their assistants if they need a method of defense or power-up.

Eevee's known moves are Helping Hand, Dig and Protect.

Vaporeon

Vaporeon was sent out to take care of the Cryogonal as its speed managed to evade most of the Cryogonal's attacks.

Vaporeon's only known move is BubbleBeam.

Jolteon

Virgil sent out Jolteon to handle the Cryogonal.

Jolteon's only known move is Thunderbolt.

Flareon

Flareon was proven to be very useful as it had the type-advantage against the Cryogonal when they trapped Virgil, Ash and his friends.

Flareon's only known move is Flamethrower.

Espeon

Espeon was used to rescue people using its Psychic if they are in trouble. It was also used to take on the Cryogonal.

Espeon's only known move is Psychic.

Eevee → Umbreon

Virgil had another Eevee that evolved into an Umbreon. He used it to navigate a dark area.

Umbreon's known moves are Flash, Psychic and Shadow Ball.

Leafeon

Leafeon only made a brief appearance where it was seen in line with the other Eeveelutions.

Glaceon

Glaceon made a brief appearance with the other Eeveelutions. It used its icy abilities to create a key to unlock locked places.
