Shouldn't this be under Hokage? Hank is a fan term that Coronis came up and has nothing to do with the actual manga, right? --Zeta 22:03, 20 February 2006 (CST)
We might want to check with someone who has access to the Chuang Yi (Singapore) translations. - 振霖T 01:09, 21 February 2006 (CST)
Well, the Chaung Yi names for Homura (Tabitha), Kakari (Courtney), and Hokage are Mitch, Marge, and Mack. No Hank, purely an invention of Coronis. --Zeta 11:02, 21 February 2006 (CST)
Hmmm, more translation errors I see. (Homura → Tabitha/Mitch etc.) - 振霖T 03:02, 22 February 2006 (CST)
i thought hokage meant fireshadow...Garrison12795 14:18, 3 August 2008 (UTC)
- WWWJDIC's definition is "firelight, shadows or forms moving in firelight".--Loveはドコ? (talk • contribs) 15:13, 3 August 2008 (UTC)
To clear things up, I for a fact know that "kage" means shadow and I see the fire symbol,火, so its gotta be fire shadow. Yeah, I watch some Naruto and Hokage is in that, and I'm pretty sure it means fire shadow.--DRAGONBEASTX 08:52, 13 February 2009 (UTC)
- Yes. This is the literal meaning. But 火影 together mean "firelight" 火 and 影 separately mean "fire" and "shadow". Have you ever heard about idioms? --Maxim 09:10, 13 February 2009 (UTC)
