This card was first released in the Dark Explorers expansion, the Dark Rush expansion in Japan, with artwork by Naoki Saito. It was later reprinted in Japan as part of the Master Deck Build Box EX, released on September 14, 2012. It was again reprinted in the Spiral Force expansion with new artwork by Ayaka Yoshida as an Ultra-Rare Secret card.
