Makoto Tsumura (Japanese: 津村まこと Tsumura Makoto) is a Japanese seiyu for the Pokémon anime. She started providing voices for the characters near the end of the orginal series. Her most important role in the anime is that of Ayako (Johanna) who is Dawn's mother.
