Kikuko Inoue (Japanese: 井上喜久子 Inoue Kikuko, born on September 25, 1964) is a voice actress who provides the voices of some characters in the Japanese version of the Pokémon anime. Her most famous roles in the series are those of Fantina and Dawn's Togekiss.
