SmashWiki has more about this subject:

Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS (Japanese: 大乱闘スマッシュブラザーズ for Nintendo 3DS Great Fray Smash Brothers for Nintendo 3DS) and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U (Japanese: 大乱闘スマッシュブラザーズ for Wii U Great Fray Smash Brothers for Wii U), both informally known as Super Smash Bros. 4, are, together, the fourth installment of the Super Smash Bros. series. They will be released on the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U respectively in 2014. As with previous installments, characters from various Nintendo video games will do battle with each other. Non-Nintendo characters such as Mega Man and Sonic the Hedgehog will also be featured in the game.

The game has 29 confirmed playable characters, with the total amount yet to be revealed. Pikachu, Lucario, Charizard, and Greninja are the only known playable Pokémon at this point in time. Trophies are also set to return and most of them will be exclusive to either handheld games for the 3DS version or home console games for the Wii U version.

Chandelure will appear in the Nintendo 3DS Smash Run mode as an enemy.
