The Lunar Wing is a Key Item in the Generation IV games. It can only be obtained after defeating the Elite Four, when a young boy in Canalave City cannot wake up from his nightmares. The item is found on Fullmoon Island along with Cresselia, who will immediately flee the island. Once obtained and brought back to Canalave, the boy will be cured of his endless nightmare.
