Talk:XY001
In the first trailer on the XY series, in the overhead view, there was a white Pokémon. Could it be Furfrou?- unsigned comment from Squirtleoshawott461 (talk • contribs)
- We won't know until we get another trailer showing a clearer shot at it or until the episode airs.--ForceFire 10:24, 21 September 2013 (UTC)

Short Blurbs?
Would there be any objections if from XY001 onward, we include the short blurbs alongside the long blurbs?
For those who don't know, short blurbs are posted on the episode page before the episode in question has aired. After it has, the short blurb is immediately deleted and replaced with the longer blurb.
I was wondering if for archiving purposes, we could post the short blurbs. - unsigned comment from Bellsprout (talk • contribs)
- The pages already have enough info with the official blurb and long summary. Adding another blurb is just going to bog down the page. We don't need three summaries for an episode (IMO). --HoennMaster 20:02, 15 February 2014 (UTC)
Battle Graphic
Those who have seen all of the episodes so far know what I'm talking about. I have yet to see the final episodes of the BW series, but if I'm not mistaken, the battle graphic that appears as Bonnie wishes good luck to both Ash and her brother on the battlefield debuts in this episode, and so far has appeared at every trainer battle (twice at the Santalune Gym and then at the Lumiose Gym when Clemont battles Clembot). Whether here or on the XY series page, it might be worth noting that this series is the debut of such a battle graphic in the entire anime series and always shows the first Pokémon used in battle (evident when Pikachu and Surskit appear in the graphic at Santalune while Fletchling and Vivillon do not). I can provide a picture of the screen from a copy of an episode that appeared on Youtube in HD (it was since caught and removed due to copyright issues). Thoughts? First dub airing
I have reason to believe that this episode actually debuted in the UK before the US. The US press release announcing the sneak peek airing never mentions times, but the UK one does; it aired at 11:35 am in the UK. This corresponds to 6:35 a.m. in the US on the same day (EST). Since in the US the episode did not air until after the 16th movie debut and a rerun of the 15th movie, I think it is unreasonable for the episode to have aired this early, but do not have direct evidence that this is not the case. For now, I am assuming it debuted in the UK first by a few hours, but if you have evidence either way I would like to see it. --SnorlaxMonster 07:56, 25 June 2014 (UTC)
