Release information
This Tretta was given to visitors of the 40th Next Generation World Hobby Fair who were present at the Pokémon Tretta special performance area during a special performance. The World Hobby Fair took place at Makuhari Messe, Chiba on June 28 and 29, 2014. Special performances included singing from Gero and dancing from SLH. It has been given away at several subsequent events, details of which are as follows:
- Given to passengers who completed the JR Kyushu Pokémon Stamp Rally 2014 Summer!!, held between July 10 and August 31, 2014.
- Given to passengers who completed the JR West Summer Vacation Pokémon Stamp Rally 2014, held between July 19 and August 31, 2014.
- Given to passengers who completed the JR East Pokémon Stamp Rally 2014, held between July 20 and August 6, 2014.
- Given to children attending junior high school and below at participating stores with Pokémon Tretta machines from July 20, 2014.
- Given to visitors of the Ciao Summer Festival, held at the Kobe International Exhibition Hall, Kobe on July 27, 2014, and at Pacifico Yokohama, Yokohama on August 9 and 10, 2014.
- Given to those who completed the stamp rally held as part of the Pokémon Center Summer Festival in Matsuzakaya, present at Matsuzakaya Nagoya, Nagoya. The stamp rally was held between August 9 and August 17, 2014.
- Given to participants of the Tretta × Mega Ring Experience Meeting, held at Housing Gallery Mito, Mito on September 7, 2014; at Housing Gallery Edogawa, Tokyo on September 15, 2014; at Housing Garden Chiba, Chiba on September 21, 2014; and at the Tohoku Children's Expo, Sendai on October 12 and 13, 2014. All participants were also given one of five possible Mega Stones at random to be used with the interactive Pokémon Mega Ring, and a Mega Stone Encyclopedia Art Board. The five stones available were Absolite, Lucarionite, Charizardite Y, Charizardite X, and Garchompite.
Passengers taking part in the JR East Pokémon Stamp Rally 2014 in Sendai that collected four stamps, two of which had to include the special Diancie stamps present at Yamagata and Pokémon Center Tohoku, were given a special Sendai version of this Tretta featuring different artwork. The JR East Pokémon Stamp Rally 2014 in Sendai was held between July 26 and August 12, 2014.
