Talk page policy

Per the Talk page policy, you cannot use your talk page as a substitute for your userpage. To be able to create your userpage, you have to be autoconfirmed and have made a certain amount of edits to the mainspace. Thank you for reading.--ForceFire 03:21, 1 January 2015 (UTC)

Userspace limits

Hi. I noticed you have been editing the User: namespace a lot recently. Please don't do it any more, though. Bulbapedia's Userspace policy restricts the amount you can edit your userpage: no more than three edits per day and make sure you contribute to our mainspace more than your userspace. This policy was instated to promote people helping out in the mainspace, and also to control strain on our server. Bulbapedia is an encyclopedia, after all, so help us out by contributing to some articles before coming back to your personal userpage. The more often you edit in the mainspace, the more you will be allowed to edit your userpage. Thanks! --It's Funktastic~!話してください 17:40, 1 January 2015 (UTC)

The Preview Button

Instead of editing a page several times in a row, try using the preview button to make sure your edit looks the way you want it to. It's right next to the Save Page button. Please try it out, so as not to clog up the Recent Changes. Also, if you want to edit multiple sections of the page, make sure that you click "edit this page" at the top of the page rather than editing it by section. Making pages

Don't make new pages if they're only a sentence long. If you need time, make one in your userspace and request it be mainspaced when it is ready. glikglak 16:25, 2 January 2015 (UTC)

Again. Please do not make pages that are a sentence long. Make it in the userspace, or otherwise it will be redirected or deleted. Ataro (talk) 01:04, 27 February 2015 (UTC)

Second person

Per the manual of style, please don't use the second person (you, your, etc.) in articles. It has an unencyclopedic tone, and so shouldn't be used in articles. Thanks! --Abcboy (talk) 23:59, 24 February 2015 (UTC)
