Cosplay Pikachu

I'd like to straighten this out between us before either of us touches Cosplay Pikachu again. Where are the requirements for unlocking the costumes mentioned on the page exactly? I really don't see anything.

On a related/side note, the summary, "[it's] already written" is really not very explanatory. If someone plainly doesn't see it (supposing you actually read my original edit summary), then you should really try to be more specific. Tiddlywinks (talk) 20:54, 12 November 2015 (UTC)
