This card was first released in the English Dark Explorers expansion, originating from the Reshiram-EX and Zekrom-EX Battle Strength Decks in Japan. It was reprinted in Japan as part of the Master Deck Build Box EX. It was reprinted in English in the Plasma Storm expansion, originating from the Japanese Plasma Gale, as an Ultra-Rare Secret card. In Japan, it was reprinted again in the Black Kyurem-EX and White Kyurem-EX Battle Strength Decks and the Blastoise + Kyurem-EX Combo Deck.
