Otane

(Japanese: おタネ Otane) is a character of the day in Pokéblock, Stock, and Berry and is Kelly's mother.

Otane owns a Pokéblock shop in Lilycove City. When May and her friends passed through the town, Otane showed May how to make her own Pokéblocks.
