Okay, here's the instructions.

1. Go to the basement of any Pokémon Center.
2. Talk to one of the ladies that are closest to the gate. They'll be all 'HEY LOL WANNA ACCESS WIFI? 8D' Obviously, say yes.
3. Hit Invite, and select 'Trade'.

ok, but, how will you be able to find me? should i write down your DS# just in case? and dont worry about "bad eggs". if the game realizes its hacked, it just wont let you use it. but these should be allowed. the most common reason for PBR rejections is over-use of EVs, and i didnt EV your pokemon, so, you should be ok.
