Force Fire‎ asked for a source about his planned game appearance, so here. --Golden Trainer (talk) 04:15, 2 February 2019 (UTC)

Most of the things on there seems to have been from the spaceworld demo leak, so that's gonna have to be placed on one of the userpages that have the spaceworld info.--ForceFire 04:46, 2 February 2019 (UTC)
I don't see what's the problem with briefly mentioning the origin of the character this article is about. Perhaps in Trivia rather than the opening paragraph, but it certainly belongs here, I would say. Ericss (talk) 15:44, 5 June 2019 (UTC)
So, yeah. Unless someone has a compelling argument against it, I'm adding the following paragraph to Trivia: "Impostor Professor Oak was initially going to appear in Pokémon Gold and Silver, as part of an early plot. He can be found as an NPC with his own overworld sprite in an early demo. However, changes to the story during the game's development resulted in his removal." Ericss (talk) 18:57, 14 June 2019 (UTC)
Unless you can prove that the information didn't come from the spaceworld leak, i.e. already known information prior to the leak, then no you may not add it.--ForceFire 05:30, 15 June 2019 (UTC)
Um, what? The Spaceworld is a legit source. Ericss (talk) 07:19, 15 June 2019 (UTC)
