New Johto Dex # for HGSS

According to Serebii.net, Lapras, as well as Growlithe's #s in the dex are changed. Lapras new # is 224, and Growlithe and Arcaniane are 129 and 130 respectively. o_O ***Super!~Nickno 14:48, 1 August 2009 (UTC)

Swarm?

They are available in Heart Gold... just ran into five in a row on route 37. Think it might be a swarm. Darien Shields 01:44, 15 October 2009 (UTC)

Safeguard

The trivia says Growlithe can learn Safeguard by breeding, but not TM, however the TM section claims it can learn Safeguard via TM. Which is right? --ルレ 01:35, 11 January 2011 (UTC)

I trust the move lists over the trivia any day. It looks like that trivia was true in Gen IV. Since it's no longer true I've removed it. Werdnae (talk) 18:57, 11 January 2011 (UTC)

In Other Languages

From Funke and canis.

The encoding is this: From ''{{tt|Funke|spark}}'' and ''{{tt|canis|Latin for "dog"}}''.

The quotes around the word "dog" need to be removed for the text to appear when the mouse pointer hovers over it. Should I do that? King Riolu 13:14, 30 April 2011 (UTC)

If you see something like that, please do correct it. The quotation marks can be retained by replacing them with & quot ; (removing the spaces - it's parsed evein inside nowiki tags). The result would be: canis Werdnae (talk) 20:44, 30 April 2011 (UTC)

Shisa and Koma-Inu

Who ever added that Shisa and Koma-Inu have traits of tigers was wrong. Neither Shishas or Koma-Inu have anything to do with tigers.Bennell 14:51, 13 April 2012 (UTC)

Finding Growlithe in LeafGreen

This page says growlithe can be found in FireRed and LeafGreen on routes 7, 8 & Pokémon Mansion (Kanto), but it's FireRed only, according to the version exclusive section. Should that be changed on this page to include FR only (and not LG)? user0004 03:12, 10 December 2014 (UTC)

You're right, I fixed it. glikglak 03:24, 10 December 2014 (UTC)
