Origin
It is obviously based on a red fox, a species well known in the UK. It also has characteristics of thieves and burglars.Robbie (talk) 23:28, 9 December 2019 (UTC)
Homophones
Fawkes and Fox are not homophones (words that share a pronunciation but have a different meaning). I agree there may be Guy Fawkes influence in the design, but this is a stretch. The mask would suggest more in common with Zorro (Spanish for "fox"). SJ (talk) 08:45, 16 December 2019 (UTC)
