Pikadex (Japanese: Pikadekkusu) is a Pokémon trainer who began their journey in the Alola region.
He is commonly known for being a moderator on the Bulbagarden forums. As a trainer, Pikadex is focused on being an electric type specialist, as well as a battle analyst in training. He is easily identified as a childish nerd who always travels with his Pikachu alongside him.

Hello, my name is Pikadex!
I was introduced to Pokemon in the winter of 2019, and through the anime which originally got me started. I watched my very first bit of Pokemon ever, which was the I Choose You! movie, but then later began in the Sun and Moon series.
I joined the Bulbagarden community shortly after becoming a fan, and I registered as a user on the forums on February 15, 2019. I am currently a forum moderator, focusing on the General Pokemon Discussion, as well as the Anime and Manga sections. I didn’t actually begin to work on Bulbapedia for quite a while after, in which I made my account on May 7, 2019. On this website, my main aspects of general work are focused on articles within the anime. I enjoy making small edits to improve grammar, punctuation, and overall word usage.
Facts
- I originally created my username before even registering on Bulbagarden, and it is inspired by Pikachu, and Pokédex mixed together.
- In my early days with Pokémon, my favorite pokemon was actually Emolga, it wasn't until a while later did I choose Pikachu as my partner.
