Recurring wild Pokémon in the anime

We are planning to split the Recurring wild Pokémon in the anime article eventually, which cannot exist in its current form.

The recurring Pokémon who currently don't have an article, will either get their own pages or will be added as a sub-section under relevant pages. Below is the list of said candidates that are up for discussion. Once I have an article up in the userspace, I'll update the link here. In the meantime, please feel free to help out if one of these pages needs to be edited.

Once again, I want to emphasize that this list does not imply that all of them will get their own articles. There is a good chance that most of them will be deleted in the end, depending on the yet-to-be-decided notability criteria, and will likely get a mention in the anime section of the respective species' article.

NOTE: By "new criteria", it is referring to the rules that are yet-to-be-finalized.

Notable (undecided)

Not notable (undecided)

  • Clefairy (anime) (fails the new criteria)
  • Lapras (we already have Ash's. For others, the species' anime section
  • Suicune (anime) (fails the new criteria)
  • Loudred (anime) (fails the new criteria)
  • Spoink (anime) (fails the new criteria)
  • Hippopotas (anime) (fails the new criteria)
  • Marill (way too short, potentially fails the new criteria)
  • Zygarde (we already have Squishy and Z2. For others, the species' anime section)
  • Exeggutor (fails the new criteria)
  • Melemele Greens (fails the new criteria)
  • Mantine (that short story is not notable enough to warrant this an article)
  • Zeraora (fails the new criteria)
  • Meltan/Melmetal (we already have Ash's. If we are to acknowledge this, the species' anime section is the right place and not a separate article)
  • Magearna (section under Mohn is fine)
  • Celebi (fails the new criteria)
  • Wingull (fails the new criteria)
  • Mew (fails the new criteria)
  • Drednaw (fails the new criteria)
