Talk pages for Robot Chicken skit guides: Pokémon Bloopers Pikachu Secret
The goal of Encyclopaediae Pokémonis is to be just as international as Pokémon itself, and helping aspiring Pokémon wikis in languages we don't yet have is a great way to help achieve that goal. However, if we don't even know who the possible aspirers for Encyclopaediae Pokémonis's ninth language even are, there's no way any growth can take place. If you speak or understand a language that's currently not represented in Encyclopaediae Pokémonis and happen to find a wiki in that language with aspirations to join Encyclopaediae Pokémonis, then don't hesitate to drop me a line. Remember, an aspirier can't grow if they remain sheltered from the world!
If you understand Brazilian Portuguese, or know someone who does, then the Portuguese arm of Encyclopaediae Pokémonis is in desperate need of your assistance. Many, if not all, of that wiki's articles are in dire need of improvement, be it massive cleanup or even adding some real content to begin with. Their sysops are never around to handle things, and their interwiki bot has done nothing since late September--of 2008. The fact that a trusted member of Encyclopaediae Pokémonis has fallen into such disrepair is disturbing, to say the least. Brazilians do not deserve quality this low. If you can help improve the Portuguese end, then I highly recommend you do so. Today.
Buizel Gender
Sorry for undoing your edit, I forgot that the spots showed the gender. User:Theryguy512/Sig 03:02, 12 January 2008 (UTC)

Question about an edit summary
Here you said you had to use Google to check if Ho-oh or Ho-Oh is used. But last time I used Google I couldn't search capped and uncapped terms, because they give the same results. So tell me how do you do that? TheBlazikenMaster 15:26, 15 January 2008 (UTC)
- I used Internet Explorer's page-search function in tandem with the Google search. In IE's Find dialog box, I typed what I was searching for, in this case Ho-oh, then checked the "Match case" field, then scanned the results from there. This made weeding out the sore thumbs near-seamless.
- The reason I had to use Google in the first place was because Bulbapedia's own search function can't handle words under four letters, and it doesn't recognize Ho-Oh as one word regardless of how it's capped. --Shiningpikablu252 21:09, 15 January 2008 (UTC)

Sorry, I don't exactly have the National Dex memorized. User:Dawnfan47/Sig
- With 493 species around, who would? Is it possible for you to go between windows in your browser? If so, then I'd recommend having a dex list open in one. This makes things a whole lot easier.
- Sh*t, it's so difficult to memorize the National Dex these days even I had to look up a few species when finishing that project. --Shiningpikablu252 23:19, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

Uh, that new guy that put unconfirmed stuff on Great Encounters? Yeah. Um. Did you uh, check your userpage? ;>_> User:TinaTheKirlia/Sig 22:09, 29 January 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah, I saw it. Reverted it because the edit could constitute vandalism to my userpage. --Shiningpikablu252 22:16, 29 January 2008 (UTC)

Good chance
[Brock's Marshtomp[1]] has a good chance of being a Male. The reason is that it is a starter's evolution, which has an 87.5% chance of being male! And, i said there was a chance!!! And, it is a 100% chance that I still don't know how to make the right kind of link!
- "A good chance" doesn't cut it around here. Either it's confirmed or it's not. And Brock's Marshtomp's gender is unconfirmed due to lack of hard evidence, both on its own end and on the end of that Flaaffy it went gaga over. Besides, May's Bulbasaur has the same good odds to be male, yet it's a confirmed female--in fact, it's May's only confirmed-gender Pokémon. --Shiningpikablu252 02:11, 1 February 2008 (UTC)

Just Wonderin'
For the List of Pokémon, should I replace those sprites with the animated ones?User:Pokemaniac102/Sig 02:29, 1 February 2008 (UTC)
- Not my concern. Ask a sysop. --Shiningpikablu252 02:32, 1 February 2008 (UTC)
Shadowdragon
what a crappy vandal, he only deleted snippits of pages... User:MAGNEDETH/Sig 00:16, 2 February 2008 (UTC)

- well, good job fixing it. the guy just deleted pieces, thusly breaking HTML tags. User:MAGNEDETH/Sig 00:27, 2 February 2008 (UTC)
Card Game DP4 Page
User:Double Dash/Pokémon Card Game DP4 is the page so far in my userspace. Let me know if there's anything else I could do to add into it, then if it's good, I'll take steps to making the page (though I still don't know who to contact or what to call the page). Request
Hey, it's Theryguy512. I got a request/question for you. I know that you're always making TCG articles and make them quickly and well, and since the article count is almost 8,000, I have a question. Recently, I have been working on a Team Rocket's Mecha page in my sandbox. Since it is a much needed page and deserves some mention, I was wondering if you'ld help me make it the 8,000 article. Can you please notify me when the article count reaches 7,990, and then when you (or someone else if they happen to make it) make the 7,999 article, allow me to make the Mecha page? I know this is a strange request, but I would appreciate it if you helped me. Thank you, User:Theryguy512/Sig 23:11, 4 February 2008 (UTC)
- I can't make any guarantees, but I'll do what I can. --Shiningpikablu252 23:15, 4 February 2008 (UTC)
- KK Thanks. I know the list won't be complete in time, but hey, neither was the boss fantasy list when it was started. User:Theryguy512/Sig 23:18, 4 February 2008 (UTC)
- Looks like you missed the boat. 8000 has come and gone. And with no candidates for deletion, odds are you're best off not waiting for 9000 or 10,000. --Shiningpikablu252 04:45, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
- KK Thanks. I know the list won't be complete in time, but hey, neither was the boss fantasy list when it was started. User:Theryguy512/Sig 23:18, 4 February 2008 (UTC)
- Yes, but a page became a redirect, which made the count 7999. I then made my page, the 8000. User:Theryguy512/Sig 11:59, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
Crashes?
Maybe it's just your computer, it's loading my talk page just fine... and I've got Photoshop and a couple tabs open. Tina☆♫ 02:54, 9 February 2008 (UTC)
- Maybe it was just that revision and anything associated with it that caused the crashes...--Shiningpikablu252 02:59, 9 February 2008 (UTC)
- Great, now your talk page is crashing my browser again. I wonder what's causing it? --Shiningpikablu252 03:03, 9 February 2008 (UTC)
- Internet Explorer 6. Anything with a revision number of 296091 (03:07 UTC on 8 February 2008 by Ph34r4ever) or earlier loads just fine, but go higher than 296091 and it's liable to crash. --Shiningpikablu252 03:18, 9 February 2008 (UTC)
- Hmm....that's strange. You should contact an admin about it maybe...User:Theryguy512/Sig 13:25, 9 February 2008 (UTC)

TM Redirects
considering Zhen didnt get back to me, youre saying i should just go ahead and make the redirects? User:MAGNEDETH/Sig 01:10, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
- Yes, I'd recommend resuming the redirects. The deletion in question happened back in 2005, when Bulbapedia wasn't nearly as big or as well-organized as it is today.
- You've still got 62 more redirects to make, TM 39 through TM 92 and HM 01 through HM 08. That shouldn't take you too long. --Shiningpikablu252 04:38, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
- im the master of tedious activity. i can do it. i just wanted to make sure i was allowed to. (for lack of a better term) User:MAGNEDETH/Sig 04:45, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
Enlighten me...
Maybe I'm not cut out for this renaming of COTDs. I don't watch the anime, and, although I know some of the basics, I wouldn't know that someone was from Kanto if there is no mention of that on her page and her first appearance was in an AG episode. -User:Politoed666/Sig 23:44, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
- Well, it's quite simple. Not all of Advanced Generation takes place in Hoenn. AG132 is the last episode that takes place in Hoenn, with the scene shifting to Kanto within the episode. Any episode between AG132 and DP001 takes place in Kanto. --Shiningpikablu252 23:47, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
- Really? Cool. Thanks for that info. User:Theryguy512/Sig 13:58, 22 February 2008 (UTC)
TCG expansion infobox
Thoughts on it? You're the TCG guy, so I'm coming to you for it. TTEchidnaFire echy 05:24, 4 March 2008 (UTC)
- That looks good. Granted, Skyridge might get a little stretched with one six-type specialty theme deck, but it really shouldn't be too much of a concern...--Shiningpikablu252 05:40, 4 March 2008 (UTC)
- I think the infobox is perfect the way it is. Of course, for the Skyridge six-type thing, we could always try a <br> tag before resorting to more drastic measures...--Shiningpikablu252 05:48, 4 March 2008 (UTC)

Okay, I´m sorry. I didn´t see you user-talk page. I apologise. I am sure that I am right on the toxicroak incident. Read my Toxicroak talk edits. I´ve seen the episode. the sprite doesn´t matter in this case. DocDoak 18:27, 7 March 2008
Just to tell ya...
It actually is spelled BubbleBeam. So is BlackGlasses. Flamethrower's like it always was, as is Pickup. TTEchidnaFire echy 00:52, 13 March 2008 (UTC)

- It's okay, Shiningpikablu. I'm around too incaase anything happens. Though I may be playing Brawl.....But I'll check back frequently. User:Theryguy512/Sig 19:44, 14 March 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for not getting really angry at me over the Destinii Haruya thing. I might as well create articles about every Pokémon fan in the world XD Thanks! Kasumi-chan 18:24, 23 March 2008 (UTC)
Diamond & Pearl Card Errata
Yes, it's me again. I just don't go away, do I? =P
Anyway, I wanted to talk about how certain card pages should tackle card erratas. Electivire from Secret Wonders, for example, has been erratad. I think these pages need to reflect that errata has been announced, I'm just wondering how they should reflect it, and would appreciate your input. Cheers, Double Dash 22:13, 23 March 2008 (UTC)
- Funny you should mention SW Electivire, since that page has a good example of an early method of errata reflection. A bit more fleshing out, and a good system of errata reflection might mold into place. --Shiningpikablu252 01:21, 24 March 2008 (UTC)

Thank you ^_^
Thanks for fixing up the Berry Master page...I was just remembering the Weekday Siblings from the Gold/Silver/Crystal games and thought there might be some kind of connection, since that A) BM (Berry Master)'s wife mentions four grandchildren and B) There are four "young people" who hand out berries (The old guy in Lilycove couldn't be one of them due to his age).
