Release information
This card was included as both a Regular card and a Full Art card in the Guardians Rising expansion, first released in the Japanese Islands Await You expansion. The Regular print features artwork by Ken Sugimori, while the Full Art print features artwork by Naoki Saito. The Regular print was later included in the Japanese Tapu Bulu-GX Enhanced Starter Set. A Mirror Holofoil version of the Regular print was also released as one of the Japanese SM-P Promotional cards, and was given to participants of the 3 on 3 Battle side event held as part of the 2017 Champion's League Final, held at the Sunshine City Convention Center in East Ikebukuro, Toshima, Tokyo on June 24, 2017.

Hala is the island kahuna of Melemele Island and a member of the Alola Elite Four. The center of Iki Town is featured in the Regular print's illustration.
