Alternate World Goh appeared in Showdown at the Gates of Warp!, alongside Alternate World Chloe. He had received a call from Goh for help. With the help of his Flygon and Aerodactyl, Goh and Chloe, along with Alternate World Ash and Alternate World Dawn, reached Spear Pillar, where they rescued Ash, Goh, Dawn, and Chloe.

Alternate Goh then sent out his Cinderace to fight with Alternate World Team Rocket's Pokémon, until his Pokémon were reverted back to eggs, and he was reverted back into a toddler. Dialga and Palkia stopped their fight and sent them back to alternate Canalave City, where they all returned to their original forms.

Then, Alternate Goh bid farewell to Goh and his friends, as they returned to their original world.
