If a page is improvable, it shouldn't be deleted. The page is certainly improvable, since "Neo Team Rocket" is a fan term used to refer to Pokémon Special Generation II Team Rocket, and there's very little detailed information already on Bulbapedia about this. --Shiningpikablu252 17:28, 16 May 2008 (UTC)
