Talk:Santa Claus
I think Santa Claus should have a page. Anyone else? - unsigned comment from Tommyf10170 (talk • contribs)
- Well, he does appear as a character of the day in Holiday Hijinks. I suppose he does, but it needs to strictly adhere to his roles in Pokemon.--PikamasterADV 00:30, 12 November 2006 (UTC)

See the Talk Page for Delibird.--Pokencyclopedia 22:37, 12 November 2006 (UTC)
Sooo he's appeared more than once? This article needs a list of episodes in which he appears. NuVanDibe 05:26, 8 August 2008 (UTC)
- He only appears in two. --☆ケンジガール 05:27, 8 August 2008 (UTC)

Zwarte Piet
Should it be mentioned in this article the importance of Santa's Jynx, and how they are acting as his Zwarte Piet? (Relevant Link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zwarte_Piet) I think it's a nifty bit of knowledge that most people don't know. Mefredbob 08:54, 25 November 2009 (UTC)
- No, we already got Santa's Delibird--ForceFire 09:26, 25 November 2009 (UTC)
- I didn't mean a page of its own, but a special mention (ON SANTA'S PAGE) as to why Santa has a Jynx, of all Pokémon. Mefredbob 10:27, 25 November 2009 (UTC)
- I think it should be mentioned. I've always wondered why it was Jynx that was chosen. There's certainly no reason NOT to mention it. Pkmntrainerrichie 16:03, 5 December 2011 (UTC)

Lapras and Ponyta Pictures
I have pictures for Santa's Ponyta and Lapras but I'm unable to upload them :( Would a mod be a pal and do it so we have them in the wiki? I have the pictures in these links : [1] and [2] Thankyou :( --Shokukun 03:41, 12 December, 2010
- We prefer non-cropped images that have been originally saved in png format - not an old jpg that has been resaved. —darklordtrom 09:52, 12 December 2010 (UTC)
- sure! here ya go :) I managed to get a better picture of Lapras too while it was using Psychic to speak to them. I've uploaded them to photobucket so you can check on them but I still have them saved on my pc if you need the direct images themselves. [3] and [4]... I really hope this helps since this page hasn't had images of them yet :) --Shokukun 19:58, 26 May 2011 (UTC)
Father Christmas
Does "Father Christmas in British English" really need to be there? He's never referred to as Father Christmas in the anime, and "Santa Claus" is used in Britain more commonly than "Father Christmas" anyway. Contrary to popular belief, Britain isn't locked in a Victorian-era time bubble.- unsigned comment from Pkmntrainerrichie (talk • contribs)
Pikachu episodes
Is there any indication in the Pikachu episodes where Santa appears that he has met Ash and the gang before? (because Holiday Hi-Jynx seems out of place along with Snow Way Out so I think they're non-canon, but if there's any reference back to Holiday Hi-Jynx in the Pikachu episodes, that means it might be canon, need to know before I go saying "there is no reference to Holiday Hi-Jynx in these Pikachu episodes where Santa appears) Ghostkaiba297 (talk) 03:38, 14 July 2014 (UTC)
- Pretty sure they rarely reference anything in the Pikachu shorts. Also, everything in the main series anime (excluding movies and shorts; unless stated otherwise) is considered canon.--ForceFire 03:57, 14 July 2014 (UTC)
- I thought the movies were canon, such as reference to The Power of One in Season 5 (We saw a Lugia on the Orange Islands!). I'll go by the movies and Pikachu episodes as canon, but the episode before Holiday Hi-Jynx and the episode after Snow Way Out are clearly back to back, so those two holiday episodes are out of place. And notice how they are titled by name on this wiki rather than by number, as all other episodes are. Ghostkaiba297 (talk) 20:56, 14 July 2014 (UTC)
- Movies are canon, but Pikachu shorts usually aren't (there's a case to be made for a few though, mainly the ones Ash "appears" in). Holiday Hi-Jynx and Snow Way Out! are like that because of how they aired in the Japanese version. Princess vs. Princess and The Purr-fect Hero should be too, since they aired the same way, but aren't because moving them would mean realigning every single episode. --SnorlaxMonster 21:33, 14 July 2014 (UTC)

Alexander J. Rose
Is he even real? I mean, he has no Wikipedia, BTVA, NOR IMDb page (the only thing he DOES have is a page on Anime-Planet and the Pokémon Wiki. MrWii000 (talk) 01:56, 25 April 2023 (UTC)
