Trivia
Origin
The Powder Snow? attack is a reference to Powder Snow, a move in the Pokémon games. Pikachu cannot learn it under normal conditions, though Alolan Vulpix, the Pokémon Pikachu is mimicking, can. Pika Bolt is an attack that first appeared on Pikachu from EX Sandstorm. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Sun.
