Release information
This card was included in the Secret Wonders expansion, first released in the Japanese Shining Darkness expansion. In September 2010, an exclusive Cracked Ice Holofoil print of this card was released in the Fall 2010 Collector's Tins in order to showcase the difference between normal and Shiny Pokémon.

Origin
Thunder Rumble's Japanese name is that of Thunderclap, a move later introduced in the Generation IX Pokémon games. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Diamond and Pearl.
