Delia is Ash's mother. A relatively reserved woman, she gives the impression of having rather little brain. She is probably smarter than she comes off, though, as she was once one of Oak's students (along with Spencer Hale).
She lives in Pallet Town with her Mr. Mime, who she calls Mimey.
She is usually a quiet, cheerful woman, but when angered, she makes it known, not caring who she is talking to (cv, telling Entei he should be ashamed of himself).
