Pokémon Scent-sation (Japanese: エリカとクサイハナ Erika and Kusaihana) is episode 26 of the Pokémon anime. It was first broadcast in Japan on September 23, 1997 and in USA on October 12, 1998.

Synopsis

Ash, Misty and Brock finally make it to Celadon City, where the wonderful scent of perfume fills the air. The scent leads them to a perfume shop, where Misty and Pikachu smell the perfumes and Brock checks out the ladies. Ash complains to the workers and the manager that perfume is smells terrible and is really expensive. As a result, Ash gets thrown out of the store and since the same people who own the store own the gym, he is not allowed into the gym.

Meanwhile, Team Rocket attempts to break into the gym and steal Pokémon. However, their plans fail when three ladies hit them with bats and hang them on trees outside. Ash finds them and agrees to a plan that will help sneak him in. After a complete makeover (see below), "Ashley" enters the gym with "her parents".

Ash as "Ashley"
