Trivia

This card's effect is similar to Professor Rowan from the Diamond & Pearl expansion, whose effect has the player choose 1 card from their hand, shuffle the other cards back into their deck (instead of discarding them), and draw 4 cards. This similarity may be intentional, as Kamado is Professor Rowan's ancestor.

Origin

Kamado is the boss of the Galaxy Team. His office in the Galaxy Hall is seen on the regular print’s illustration.
