Welcome to Bulbapedia, Masser!

By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:

  • Be nice to everyone. It's in the code of conduct.
  • Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they're perfect the first time around.
  • Use wikicode and link templates when adding content to a page.
  • Use proper grammar and spelling, and read the manual of style.
  • You can't create a userpage until you've added to the encyclopedia. It's a privilege. See the userspace policy.
  • Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
  • If you have a question about something, be proactive. Take a look at our FAQ. If you're still stuck, ask for help. The staff won't bite.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
  • For more handy links, see the welcome portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

"Its" vs. "It's"

Allow me to direct you to an article on the matter, because I've noticed this problem in this edit. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 23:47, 26 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

I do apologise. I have problems when it comes to writing, grammar, and wording things. It's kinda like dyslexia, just not so much the spelling (usually fine). Usually I know which word to use and do try but do make the odd mistake. I am sorry. Masser (talk) 00:26, 27 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
Well, I provided you a link to an article, so hopefully you can use it as a reference in the future. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 00:39, 27 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
Thanks. Its/it's usually isn't a problem but I'll give it a read. Affect/effect is the biggest problem. I usually have ways of remembering things like grEy in England and grAy in America. Punctuation (such as use brackets or get away with using commas) are an even bigger problem. No matter how many times I look it up or people tell me, I still forget. Literacy and memory have never been my strong points. Masser (talk) 01:04, 27 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
Oh, I see. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 01:32, 27 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
